Strategic Initiative Programs are usually funded via HRDF, Malaysian Government or Other agencies with a targeted skills or knowledge outcome to address  specific objectives. These programs are geared towards accelerating the Knowledge and Skill transfer process and help lower overall cost of learning new skills or knowledge.  The recipients are usually limited to Malaysian citizens and/or Malaysian companies.
